Obtaining the scholarship
Obtaining a scholarship for shortage occupations:
-
first-time enrollment in the 1st year of one of the secondary vocational education programmes, secondary technical education programmes, or vocational-technical education programmes listed in each public call;

the student must not have previously been enrolled in the same year of study in which they will be enrolled in the current school year.
Important information
-
receiving a scholarship for shortage occupations does not affect the amount of child allowance;
-
it also does not affect the amount of income tax;
-
a secondary school student may simultaneously receive both a state scholarship and a scholarship for shortage occupations;
-
in the event that the student repeats the same year or does not meet the requirements for progression to a higher year, the scholarship relationship may be suspended, but for no longer than one year.
