Competence Centers for Human Resources Development

Main goals of the programme  Competence Centers for Human Resources Development:

• linking companies to partnerships for human resources development (development of competence model for sector profiles; exchange of knowledge, experiences, good practices);
• training of employees with the aim of improving their competences, productivity, creativity and innovation, and consequently strengthening the competitiveness of the Slovenian economy.
